Important Info:
Managers, Coaches, or Team Moms make sure you check in with tournament director 1 hour prior to your first game and have the following with you:
1) Team Insurance
2) Signed Roster Sheet
3) Signed Waiver Form
4) Copies of Birth Certificates for each player on roster
5) Make sure you carry a copy of rules
